Surrey practice Wellden Turnbull has been ranked as one of the top-10 “Best Employers” in the British Accountancy Awards 2011.
The Best Employers list is a joint venture between Accountancy Age and Best Companies Group and identifies the best ten accountancy firms to work for in the UK.
Wellden Turnbull entered the two-part process, which included an evaluation of their policies, systems, philosophies and demographics.
The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure their experience.
Simon Spevack, who leads the firm with fellow partner Robin John, said: “We are all absolutely delighted to be shortlisted as one of the top-10 accountancy firms in the country to work for.
“We are particularly pleased as 75% of the “Employer of the Year” award is based on employee feedback. Robin and I are thrilled there is so much positivity within the firm.
